Shipping: Where possible we will ship products together, however you may receive multiple shipments in order to expedite delivery and control shipping costs. Due to carrier practices, packages may arrive on different days. We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout.  For questions on your order, please contact [email protected]. Free shipping may be by either USPS or UPS.  High value orders may ship signature required.

If you do not receive email receipts or shipment notifications, please check your email filters.

Delivery Time: Orders will ship as quickly as possible within 3 business days. Once shipped, US Priority Mail and UPS Ground delivery time is usually 3-6 business days, and international delivery usually arrives within 10-14 business days, however customs delays may extend that up to 30 days.  Please note: During certain times, such as over holiday’s and during conferences and workshops, or severe weather, shipments may be delayed.  Check our News Page for information.

Taxes: Colorado orders are subject to sales tax. Residents of other states may be responsible for local sales tax – check with your local government. International customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes (including VAT).

International Availability: Currently, DASS ART Products are available via our website for international sales (gelatin products are limited to sales in the United States only). We do not have distributors outside the United States.
