Returns: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in like-new condition within 14 days from when the order was placed and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Defective or damaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us at [email protected] for information and instructions.

Educational Use: Please e-mail: [email protected] for information on bulk purchases. Use of the Digital Art Studio Seminars, DASS or DASS ART name or logo requires prior written permission. DASS ART does not currently endorse or sponsor third-party classes, workshops or events.

Shipping: Where possible we will ship products together, however you may receive multiple shipments in order to expedite delivery and control shipping costs. Due to carrier practices, packages may arrive on different days. We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout.  For questions on your order, please contact [email protected]. Free shipping may be by either USPS or UPS.  International and high value orders will ship signature required, and we may change carriers in order to minimize the risk of damage.

If you do not receive email receipts or shipment notifications, please check your email filters.

Delivery Time: Orders will ship as quickly as possible within 3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 14 days for US packages, and 30 days for international shipments to arrive.  After that window, if your package still has not arrived, please contact [email protected] and we will quickly resolve your issue.  Please note: During certain times, such as over holiday’s and during conferences and workshops, or severe weather, shipments may be delayed.  Check our News Page for information on the latest shipping situation.

Taxes: Colorado orders are subject to sales tax. Residents of other states may be responsible for local sales tax – check with your local government. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, tariffs and taxes (including VAT) upon delivery – they are not included in your purchase price.

International Availability: Currently, DASS ART Products are available via our website for international sales. We do not have distributors outside the United States.
