The day will begin with a one hour presentation of how the artist has been influenced by historical
photographic processes which led to her innovative use of photography, unique printing and image transfer processes to invent her personal mixed media photography.
Bring your iPhone or other mobile device to capture images using the camera obscura. The Denver
Museum of Nature and Science has loaned a 1910 Great Horned Owl to capture beautiful dreamy
photographs that you will then print on the Canon Pro 1000 inkjet printer. Use your mobile device to edit the image with Lightroom Mobile or any other app. You will also be able to have your head and shoulder portrait taken in this unique format.
12-1 break for lunch on your own
Fee $30.00 (non-refundable) which includes a free copy of Hacking the Digital Print by Bonny Lhotka. You will pick up a signed book after your session. You must attend to receive the book they cannot be mailed.
